User Name and password.
enroll as a new user, please set up a new profile. You will need
your account number and an invoice number, which can be found
on your recent bill.
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checking accounts
for online payments.
you currently have your account set for recurring payments with
a fixed amount and/or your payment was aborted,
you will need to log in to your account to edit the fixed amount
for the April and August statements.

RECURRING PAYMENTS, click on EDIT to change the fixed amount.
Optional Maximum amount, if selected, must be greater than
your current invoiced amount.
SUBMIT to complete the changes. Your recurring payment will
begin again with your next invoice.
EXTRA CHARGE to make online payments
making an online payment through our website www.wcicustomer.com,
there is no extra charge. If you are instructed to pay
a surcharge to make an online payment, you are on the wrong website.
It has come to our attention that third party payment companies
charge WVC&R customers a fee to ensure the payment is sent to
avoid any late fees or interest. Again, there is NO EXTRA
CHARGE to make online payments. For any questions, please

Your Bill over the Phone with a Credit Card:
our automated phone system at 855-569-2719. You
will need to enter your account number and the amount you owe
to make a payment.

Use the pre-addressed envelope included with your bill. Please
include the payment stub to expedite the payment process.

Please note, there are upcoming changes to our billing periods that will affect your account.
On your April billing statement you will see a one-time modification. The statement will cover four months of collection service instead of three. The change in this billing cycle is to reduce confusion related to annual rate changes. Rate changes take place annually on July 1st, in the middle of the billing cycle. Historically, this mid cycle adjustment has caused some confusion for that billing quarter and the subsequent billing quarter. The change in the months of the billing cycle has presented the opportunity to eliminate this confusion.
Your next billing statement, which arrives in April, will include the collection services provided during the months of March, April, May and June.
All subsequent billing statements will be for 3 months of service. Your next statement will be sent out August 1st for the months of July, August and September.
This change will in no way increase costs to you. Instead, it is merely a change in the months covered in each bill.
There will be a 30 day grace period for the payment of the additional month included in your April 1st statement. No penalties will be assessed if you choose to pay for the 3 months and delay your June payment.
