Please note, there are upcoming changes to our billing periods that will affect your account.
On your April billing statement you will see a one-time modification. The statement will cover four months of collection service instead of three. The change in this billing cycle is to reduce confusion related to annual rate changes. Rate changes take place annually on July 1st, in the middle of the billing cycle. Historically, this mid cycle adjustment has caused some confusion for that billing quarter and the subsequent billing quarter. The change in the months of the billing cycle has presented the opportunity to eliminate this confusion.
Your next billing statement, which arrives in April, will include the collection services provided during the months of March, April, May and June.
All subsequent billing statements will be for 3 months of service. Your next statement will be sent out August 1st for the months of July, August and September.
This change will in no way increase costs to you. Instead, it is merely a change in the months covered in each bill.
There will be a 30 day grace period for the payment of the additional month included in your April 1st statement. No penalties will be assessed if you choose to pay for the 3 months and delay your June payment.
